Bangkok is a city of many, many sights – so much so that it’s incredibly difficult to see a good amount of it all in one visit. With on this tour, we make it immensely easy for you. You’ll venture through the vibrant Chinatown district, visit the temple of Way Traimit to gaze at its Buddha statue made entirely of solid gold, after which you’ll take an invigorating boat ride through the Chao Phraya River and the Thonburi canals – in the end, this will take you to the gorgeous temple of Wat Arun, also known as the Temple of Dawn.

This variety tour will take you through Yowarrat, the vibrant area of Chinatown along with its narrow streets and active food stalls selling everything from surprising dishes to traditional ones. After the vivid Chinatown experience, you’ll visit the Way Traimit temple that houses the famous 5.5 ton solid gold Buddha (a once-in-a-lifetime sight!).
After a hearty Thai lunch, you’ll be able to experience a longtail boat ride through the Thonburi canals (a.k.a. “khlongs”), allowing you to learn of the daily life of the Thai people (especially those outside of Bangkok’s frenetic bubble). Meanwhile, we will also stop you at the grand Wat Arun (“Temple of Dawn”), adorned with a stunning prang (a Khmer-style spire) that’s decorated with bold, colorful pieces of China. Lastly, we transport you back to your hotel to conclude the day.
